It’s very hard to find a restaurant which is proposing a couscous, the couscous we can easily have in Paris. I mean the hand made, the real one.
But now I can shout this (such an old and well known TV ad..)
I made it! I will have my first Palestinian couscous this afternoon somewhere at Fillmore, where I might be moving soon…
A short message to the craziness going those days in my country: “Touche pas a mon couscous”.
