Moovement as Recruitment web2.0! October 5, 2007

Posted by Phil Jeudy in Web.

Searching talent, adequate profile, the “mouton à cinq pattes” as we say in France (asking for the moon in english) is one thing for the companies.

But finding the right opportunity, the company you wanna sign with, is another story for candidates and jobs searcher.

Years ago job search tools appeared through Internet. Since then social networks has exploded, web 2.0 and all MySpace & Facebook and others stuff are giving the possibility for people to multiply their visiblity.

In France, a new company called Moovement co-founded by Richard Menneveux is bringing its vision of the answer with Moovement by making life more simple with specific interface (they launched a new job search engine, now not in Beta anymore, live). Posting jobs is free of charge. So you can see the potential convergence: more offers, more easy to find and qualify.

The results include pictures (FlickR), videos (YouTube, DailyMotion), …Facebook? Twitter? God…

Should have been done. Just try it (candidates…and HR staff)!
