There have been already some public informations given by Orange UK in The Guardian…Amongst 15 Mio of suscribers using multimedia services through Orange portal…2,1 Mio people using Internet on mobile…and 750K downloads of mobile games in Q1 means an average value of 250K. Average age of cutomers for this is around 30!

Mobile Industry dot Biz gave more recently, due to some announcement made by GfK in UK…
83 Mio£ sales for mobile games for 12 rolling months ending March’07. In parallel, ringtones market have been 76 Mio£ and track music 23 Mio£. Still apparently 90% of marketplace is carriers portals…One third of sales performed by 10 games…and 3 games are 30% of total (there must be some Tetris behind the list but they don’t say…which others?!). Average price: 5£ with statisfied customers…a dream!
